When ordering from our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, billing,
address, shipping address, and paypal account.  We only use this information to process transactions.
Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever,
without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product requested by the customer
and to process your payment. We currently use PayPal and Square for the majority of our transactions.

LockCircle strives to guarantee your 100% satisfaction with all of our products.
We want you to be satisfied with the value and quality of your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied please notify us.

Payment Terms

We accept PayPal or Bank Wire Transfers. Sales tax will be charged for all orders sold/shipped to CEE residents.
For Extra CEE orders, the customer is responsible for any duty fees.

Wire Transfer

To pay using wire transfer, please contact info@lockcircle.com with your list of items, billing name, billing address, and phone number.
We will send you an invoice and our wiring information.  Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note your invoice number in the bank's wire transfer comments section.

Order Processing

or get a customized quote by emailing a sales representative at sales@lockcircle.com
Orders must be shipped in 48 hours. Some exceptions may apply. If any items are backordered, you will be contacted by a LockCircle
representative with an estimated ship out date.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping using FedEx. LockCircle is not responsible for Insurance of packages.
Packages are only insured up to $100,00. However, you may request and purchase additional shipping insurance through LockCircle.
We do request that all packages are signed for upon delivery.

International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying the shipping expense as well as any VAT, duty, taxes or custom fees
that your country may charge upon delivery. The rate does vary depending on the product and country, so please contact your country
about any extra charges you may inquire by purchasing from LockCircle.

Important Paypal and VAT Notes

- We ship to the address supplied to us by Paypal. We cannot ship to any alternative addresses.
- 22% VAT Tax will be charged by Paypal system to European Union customers
- In case you have a valid intra-community VAT number, please include it at the Paypal text for the seller, we will refund shortly the Vat Tax amount via Paypal.
- If you don't have a Paypal account, it is possible to pay with a SWIFT Bank Transfer.

Returns

Returns must be pre-authorized by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) within seven days of delivery.
After submitting the form, a sales representative will contact you within 48 hours, regarding your return.
The merchandise must be returned within seven days after you have been contacted. All returns should be sent to:

Items can be returned or exchanged only if they are in the original packaging and delivered in the same new condition as sold
with literature, instructions, additional accessories and blank warranty cards intact.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items may be subjected to a restocking fee of 15% dependent upon the condition
of the items and the items being returned. Special Order items are not returnable. The customer is responsible for the shipping expenses
and duty fee. LockCircle is not liability for items damaged in shipping.
Please be sure to package all returns well and in their original packaging.

Following arrival and inspection of your return, you will be contacted regarding the status.

LockCircle Brand Warranty

All LockCircle Brand products have two years guarantee unless otherwise stated. LockCircle electronic devices have a limited
one year warranty. Please contact info@lockcircle.com for repairs, exchanges, or services on your LockCircle Brand products.
